Shipping & Returns Policy

Processing Time

We aim to dispatch all packages within 1-2 working days after receiving payment.

Delivery
Packages are shipped via DPD with tracking, text alerts, and drop-off without a signature. Delivery is not available on weekends or bank holidays. Please allow three working days for delivery after dispatch before contacting us about a shipment.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees include handling, packing, and postage costs. We recommend grouping your items in one order, as we cannot combine separate orders. Each order will incur its own shipping fees. Special care is taken to protect fragile items. If you use an external drop-off point, any damages that occur after the handover must be addressed with them, as the package is considered signed off in proper condition once handed over. We are not responsible for damages or losses if you have given the courier permission to leave the parcel without your presence.

Packaging
Boxes are appropriately sized, and your items are well-protected. There is a minimum order value of €10 within Ireland. Orders below this amount can still be shipped but will incur a surcharge.

Parcel Weight and Size
Parcels are subject to a maximum weight of 24kg and a maximum size limit. Exceeding these limits will result in additional shipping charges.

Failed Delivery Attempts
If an order is dispatched and returned to us after multiple failed delivery attempts, we can only refund the cost of the products, not the shipping costs. Maximum delivery attempts and hold-over times vary by area, but a minimum of 7 days is typically provided.

Returns Policy

Damage Reporting
Any damage to parcels must be reported immediately to both the courier and us, with photographic evidence of the damages. If an item is damaged or missing, and we are not informed within 12 hours of receipt, we cannot issue a refund for the item. In the event of a damaged item, we may require its return before arranging a replacement or refund. Photographic evidence is always necessary.

Misdelivery Reporting
Tracking numbers are provided upon dispatch, and DPD will also send a notification on the day of dispatch. We must be informed within 24 hours of a misdelivery; otherwise, we cannot replace items.

Refunds and Out of Stock Items
In the event of a damaged item or two in a parcel, these will be refunded, as we do not re-ship individual items. Occasionally, items may appear in stock but are actually out of stock at the time of dispatch. In such cases, the out-of-stock item will be refunded to the original payment method at the time of dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel orders.
